Who actually makes the video?
A human production team. Vital Frame is not an automated generator — editors, motion designers and writers build each project from the material you upload. You brief it in the platform; we produce it and deliver it back into the same place.
What do I need to supply?
It depends which option you pick. With "You Provide Photo" you upload whatever you already have — photos, clips, slides, documents, your logo. With "We Provide the Photo" you supply nothing but a description; we create the visuals for you.
How is my material handled?
Uploads go into private storage that is never publicly readable. Access is limited to your account and the assigned production team, and every file is served through a short-lived signed link.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the service — turnaround is shown on every one, and most sit between three and ten working days from the point your materials are complete. The clock starts when we have everything we need.
What if I do not like the first version?
Every project includes revisions. You watch the draft in your dashboard, send notes, and we go again. The number of included revisions is listed on each service before you order.
What if I have no photos or footage at all?
Then choose "We Provide the Photo". Describe what the video should show and our team creates the imagery, writes the script and produces the whole thing. You still review a draft and can send revision notes before it is finalised.
How does payment work?
You review the full scope and price before paying. Payment is confirmed server-side before an order enters production — an order is never marked paid on the strength of a browser redirect.
Who owns the finished video?
You do. The final files are yours to publish, and they stay accessible from your account along with the earlier versions.
