When do I pay?
When you submit your project. The price is shown per photo, image or video frame as you fill in your brief, so you always see the total first. Not ready? Save it as a draft and pay later.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the service and the number of images. We confirm your delivery date once your project is paid and we have checked your material.
What if I want changes to the draft?
Send revision notes from your project page and we refine it. Revisions are included with every project.
Can I start a brief and finish it later?
Yes. Use Save & Exit at any point and pick the draft up again from your dashboard.
Are AI-generated visuals labelled?
Yes. We recommend a short note such as “AI-generated illustration” wherever they appear, so patients never mistake them for real case photographs.
